Terms and Conditions
Email and Spam
By sending commercial or other email to any address in the ddavis.com or
ty-zone.com domains, you grant unrestricted permission to store and use the
content of the email, including any material included by reference or
hyperlink, in any way desired by the owner of ddavis.com. You forfeit any
claim to control, compensation or royalties based on copyright, patent or
any other form of "intellectual property" rights. If you do not agree to
this, do not send commercial or other email to any address in the ddavis.com
or ty-zone.com domains.
By sending spam (as defined below) to any address in the ddavis.com or
ty-zone.com domains, you agree to pay a processing and storage fee of $500
per occurrence. If you do not agree to this, do not send spam (as defined
below) to any address in the ddavis.com or ty-zone.com domains.
For purposes of these terms and conditions, spam is defined as email or any
other message which bears a "From:" or "Reply-to:" or other header
information which does not point back to a working email or other messaging
address which belongs to the message sender, or which does not bear a
"From:" or "Reply-to:" header, or which contains header information which
obscures or obfuscates the source and/or the network routing of the message
and/or the identity of the sender. For these purposes, spam also includes
any message of a commercial nature which does not clearly indicate the
identity of the sender and originator of the message.
The owner of ddavis.com offers discussion of these terms and conditions as a
commercial service. You are making use of this commercial service if you
contact anyone at ddavis.com to discuss or protest these terms and
conditions if you have already sent spam (as defined above) to any address
at ddavis.com or ty-zone.com, or if you represent or claim to represent
someone who has already sent spam (as defined above) to any address at
ddavis.com or ty-zone.com. The rate for this service is $50,000 per month
plus $500 per day, with a minimum of one month plus thirty days (for an
initial charge of $65,000), due immediately upon beginning the discussion or
communicating the protest.
